Thryve is a mental health and wellness tracking application that provides:

• Daily mental health check-ins
• Wellness assessments

• Progress tracking tools
• Support messaging

• The App is designed for wellness tracking and educational purposes only

• Never disregard professional medical advice because of information from this App
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact emergency services immediately

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (18+ recommended for mental health content)
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• The accuracy of information you provide

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Thryve and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (assessments, check-ins, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide our services.

11. Emergency Situations

If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm:

• Go to your nearest emergency room
• DO NOT rely on this App for emergency support

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service

13. Changes to Terms
